Mid-November, I went out to photograph whatever caught my eye. The two girls I spend most of my time on campus (and in the Photography Department) came with me to my hometown, Claremont - specifically Pomona College.
Pomona College will always hold a special place in my heart. My dad taught in the Politics Department for 20+ years and I grew up running around the campus and getting to know the staff and faculty.
Anyway, we were feeling overwhelmed the threat of finals coming down on us, so we were taking pictures for fun. Nothing fancy - a couple of DSLRs, kit lenses, iPhones, and I chose my Fujifilm Instax 210 for polaroids.
This day was one of the most relaxing times I've had in recent memory. We had no objectives, no pressure, and no deadlines. I need to remember to do this more often to clear my mind.
